Credit Risk Policy and Underwriting Analyst (f/m/d) with Polish or Romanian

Our client is a digital bank within a large banking group that exclusively offers digital cash loan products in Poland via modern and secure applications for mobile devices. A team of professionals with a start-up culture responsible for one of the largest digital innovation projects in the banking group is looking for reinforcement in the Retail Risk Management team in Vienna. • Be part of retail credit risk team responsible for the whole retail credit risk life cycle in an end-to-end digital lending customer journey
• Analyse and improve credit risk policies and processes in the field of consumer lending
• Define detailed functional requirements for a lending product backlog in matters associated with credit risk management including the creation of epics and user stories Improve our automated underwriting processes incl. third party solutions integration
• Close cooperation with our risk and business colleagues within the international banking group.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• 1 year of retail credit risk management experience
• Experience in setting up a credit risk strategy and automating underwriting processes
• Fluent in English and Polish or Romanian
• Risk-related technical / IT solution skills, Confluence and Jira skills are beneficial
• Proactive and result-driven approach with attention to detail and quality
• Finally you are able to put yourself in the shoes of the customer and you like to laugh with your team.
