Proposal Manager

We are looking for a Proposal Manager to develop and write winning proposals in response to U.S. government requests for proposals (RFPs) focused on Maintenance, Recruitment, and Upgrade Software. This individual is deadline oriented and ensures proposals are compliant, accurate and of the highest quality. This is an excellent opportunity to define our RFP/proposal process, establish best practices and create our reuse library.

Government contracting/proposal writing experience is required
Experience working within a small-to-medium Maintenance company executing proposals in response to government RFPs
Must be able to understand, parse and explain sections of RFPs
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Self-starter and problem solver
Maintain an understanding of U.S Federal and DoD contracting regulations including intelligence websites, Sam.gov, Deltek GovWin, and FedBizOps

Write and edit proposals focused on Maintenance, Recruitment and Upgrade Software, review for quality, compliance, and accuracy

Requirements
5 years of professional experience
Government contracting/proposal writing experience is required
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Self-starter and problem solver

Working on-site or Remoted only
