Hours: Days 1p-9:30p primarily supporting the EDAcute hospital experience needed - Temple is a fast paced acute care setting with expectation that the candidate will be able to manage in fast paced environment and be up and running, working independently quickly.Job SummaryThe Social Worker assesses the patient's psychological situation in order to make recommendations to medical personnel, and provides direct services that ensure the patient's best use of health care services including safe and timely discharges. Requirements Education Masters Degree : Accredited School of Social Work (Required) Experience 2 Years experience as a Medical Social Worker (Preferred) 2 Years experience as a Social Worker in a hospital setting. (Preferred) License/Certifications CPR - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (Preferred) SW-LIC - PA Social Worker License (Preferred)
