Responsibilities:
- Global Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and implement effective global talent acquisition strategies to meet the companys hiring needs across various regions. - Candidate Sourcing:
Utilize various channels such as networking social media job boards and other innovative methods to build and maintain a strong pipeline of highquality candidates. - Recruitment Process Management:
Manage and optimize the endtoend recruitment process from job posting to candidate selection ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for all stakeholders. - Interview and Selection:
Coordinate and conduct interviews assessments and selection processes in line with global best practices ensuring the hiring of top talent aligned with company values. - DataDriven Recruitment:
Use data and analytics to track recruitment metrics identify trends and provide insights to continuously improve the recruitment process. - Compliance:
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local employment laws and company policies.
Experience & Skills:
- Experience:
Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong understanding of global recruitment practices. - Skills:
- Proven ability to manage largescale recruitment projects.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
