Service Management and SIAM professional in Stockholm

We are looking for a Service Management and SIAM professional to come and work together with our customers. In your work you will be responsible for managing Business Technology services as a Service Manager or developing Service Management and SIAM capabilities for our customers. If you are hungry to learn something new every day have great communication skills a positive cando attitude and the courage to challenge our customers you will enjoy working with us.

An ideal candidate will have experience and/or knowledge in the following areas

• Service Integration and Management (SIAM): You have experience in defining developing and managing core SIAM processes in an operational environment. Knowledge in multivendor management ITIL process automation and data analytics is a benefit.

• Service Management and related practices: You have experience working in a Service Manager role. Practical knowledge in project management Agile/DevOps and organizational change management is a benefit.

We expect good interaction skills and fluent communication both with IT and business organizationsin Swedish and in English.
