Now with a unique new idea and our know-how we are now going to implement it. To help this project come to live we are looking for a product manager who will act as an interface between the management and the development, sales, support and marketing team and take responsibility for the product.
Job description
As a product manager, you are responsible for the product along its entire life cycle - from developing a vision to strategic planning and execution to defining product operations. In doing so, you will continuously coordinate with various stakeholders!
- You will work with management to develop a vision and strategy for our SaaS software.
- You will plan and execute the product strategy to ensure the product aligns with the overall mission and goals of the company.
- You will be responsible for the product roadmap and steer product development in the right direction. They constantly evaluate market needs and adjust the product roadmap and goals accordingly.
- You set the direction for the business model, pricing and go-to-market strategy.
- You define measurable goals and KPIs for the product.
- You will work closely with various stakeholders - including product owners, project management, sales and support team- to ensure successful product development and execution.
We take work live balance very seriously. Therefore, this job is intended with 30 to 35 hours per week. The indicated minimum salary refers to a 40 hour week for entry level. You will be paid 14 salaries a year. However your actual salary will be based on your experience, skills and performance.In addition, you will participate directly in the companys profits through a profit-sharing plan for all employees.

Requirements
- Experience with E-Commerce, SaaS or subscription businesses
- University degree in economics, computer science or similar is preferred
- Very good organizational skills
- Open-minded personality, strong team player, hands-on person
- Fluent in English and German
- Strategic way of thinking, but still be able to work out details together with the team
- Experience with product management and agile product- and development processes
