Media Production Manager (f/m/d)

Your Tasks:

As an internal consultant and service provider, you will oversee the media production and handling of international marketing and advertising measures of the IONOS Group. You will ensure that all productions run professionally and on schedule:

• Complete project and process management: independent planning, organisation, control and handling.
• Central marketing service purchasing - from researching suitable agencies and service providers to negotiating prices, coordinating with international clients, commissioning, quality and cost control and invoicing.
• Comprehensive advice to clients on implementation, technology and quality management.
• Quality control of all produced advertising material.

We Appreciate:

You have a degree in media, marketing or communication or have successfully completed your training in this field with a focus on image/sound, communication, online or mobile. In addition, you already have several years of practical and international experience on the agency and/or company side.

• Very good knowledge of all production issues for at least three of the areas FFF, online, social media, print and special forms of advertising such as podcast, VODcast, influencer marketing, etc.
• Good MS Office skills as well as good knowledge of the application possibilities of special tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, workflow, project and process management tools), technologies (e.g. HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and technology (e.g. camera and lighting equipment, Nuke, Flame, DaVinci, printing processes).
• Good knowledge of strategic and operational purchasing desirable.
• Proactive, independent, structured and efficient way of working.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Fluent negotiation skills in German and English.
