I. General Responsibilities
- Provides total quality support and immediate assistance to internal end-users
- Manage, maintain and monitor companys network infrastructures
- Act as a first level support to ensure 99% uptime of systems/equipment
- Conduct repair and corrective maintenance of network facilities and equipment
- Perform installation and upgrades of software/equipment in the operation center
- Authored step by step procedure in trouble shooting and isolation of network/systems problems.
II. Specific Responsibilities
- Provides immediate support/assistance to end-users complain.
- Monitoring of servers, routers and switches
- Monitoring of PABX switch
- Monitoring of AC,UPS, Fire Suppression Systems
- Monitoring of email servers and proxy servers
- Monitoring of leased lines and trunk lines
- Set up Network and Email Account local station for new employee
- Act as a system administrator.
- Hard drive clean up on all work stations at operating center
- Perform updates on OS
- Provide assistance on management whenever there is schedule presentation with prospective clients
- Equipment inventory
III. Qualifications
- With at least one year of related experience
- Must be Bachelor's Graduate of Information Technology and related courses
- Must be willing to work onsite in Market! Market! BGC
