This role is Onsite from Day 1 with a Hybrid work model option (3 days in a week in office).

As an Agile squad member candidate will work closely with Business, various Application Development and Enterprise Infrastructure teams and collaborate with other squad members to build applications from design through implementation and deployment.

What youll do:

Act as a hands-on developer on one or more applications utilized by
Work with the Business System Analyst to ensure designs satisfy functional requirements
Partner with Infrastructure to identify and deploy efficient hosting environments
Tune application performance to eliminate and reduce issues
Research and evaluate technical solutions consistent with technology standards
Align risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to supervise and mitigate risk; advances appropriately
Apply different software development methodologies dependent on project needs
Chip in expertise to the design of components or individual programs, and in the functional testing
Support development teams, testing, troubleshooting, and production support
Build applications and construct unit test cases that ensure compliance with functional and non-functional requirements
Work with peers to mature ways of working, continuous integration, and continuous delivery
Technical Skills:

6+ years of IT experience.
Good development and UT knowledge in developing integration applications using IBM Integration Bus 10 or higher (IIB/ACE) Product.
Good ESQL, JCN (IBM Java MQ API) and Mapping node development knowledge.
Very strong Core Java including Collections, multi threading concepts
J2EE, Framework knowledge - Spring,Sprint MVC, Spring boot
Knowledge on packaging and deployment into different lower environment.
Functional and Performance testing support capability.
Nice to have worked Agile based SDLC. (User knowledge of JIRA, Bitbucket(GIT), Jenkins).
MS Excel knowledge to update the UT documentation.
Self-learning new tools such as Talend, Volante and Moveit etc.
Nice to Have

Familiarity with container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes
Working knowledge of Agile, CI/CD, Dev/Ops practices and tools
Working knowledge of AWS services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, Aurora)
