You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe candidate will be working in a project with relatively simple processes, but accuracy is an absolute must. The candidate deals with questions from credit card holders and is responsible for the security and protection of credit card data. Identity control, answering questions and explaining about possible steps to follow belong to the core tasks.
There is a training program in which you will go through all the aspects of the job (focus will be on privacy related themes). The training period consists of 3 days, of which 1 day will be practice.
Summary: Inbound Customer service, providing administrative information/blocking credit cards
Working hours: Monday - Saturday between 08:00 and 20:00. Shifts will be scheduled in 4 or 5 days per week. Part-time employees are also welcome. 20, 24, 32 and 39 hour a week options. Only for Dutch speakers!
Training: 5 days (full time) of training that includes 1 day of real world practice. First training depends on availability.
