It Support Specialist (m/f)

BYT is a spinoff of Boost IT that aims to use all the knowledge and experience created over 4 years, with a management team that has more than 15 years of experience.

Created in December 2021, after 4 years of delivering the specialized recruitment service with great success under Boost IT name. During these 4 years we carried out more than 400 specialized recruitment processes for 20 different clients, both in Portugal and Internationally.The success of the direct recruitment business area within Boost IT was so successful that we decided, in 2021, to create BYT.

About the opportunity:

We re currently looking for a IT Support Specialist for an opportunity with a direct contractual link with an internationally leading technology enterprise.

Tasks

- First-Level support for Internal Order Entry Systems
- First-Level support Office environment Hardware / Software (Clients, Printers, Network, Phone)
- First-Level support SAP ERP (SCM (SD+MM), FI/CO, MDM)
- Test support for new systems
- Setup and maintaining of new Soft- & Hardware in deep alignment with Global IT
- Support of Production IT Hardware (Printer, Scanner, Cabling)
- Setup of Server environment (Windows + Linux)
- Maintaining Virtual machines
- Train End-Users
- Manage local IT licensing and contract to partners

Requirements

- Degree in Systems Information, Computer Science or similar;

- Minimum of 2 years in general technical support and MS Windows Server support;

- Experience with Windows and iOS Mobile operating systems;

- Experience with SQL SERVERS, SQL queries, Microsoft SQL 2016 and newer versions.- knowledge in SAP (Nice to have).

- Knowledge of networks and VOIP;

- Experience with ITSM tools such as Service-now;

- Good English Level.
