Responsibilities
- Make marketing program yearly/quarterly/monthly plan, marketing budget, marketing fee standard.
- Control marketing program cost and maintain the supply of resources.
- Ensure all social media regular posting, and have open-minded for social media operation
- Follow up on all marketing program including showroom construction/advertisement/new products operation/fundis program/social media contact to HQ and different sales region manager to implement all works, ensure target accomplishment
- Manage and build marketing team members structure, responsible for members KPI and responsibility
- Responsible training new marketing staff, and maintain marketing standard to be aware
- Responsible for all program reports and plan making
- Ensuring all marketing standard implementing, and get to know solution for any problem
- Be abilities for edition writing for marketing program plan
- Be good communication skills withing marketing team, and cooperation with sales team, HQ department, even good coordinating with other line
- Good awareness about audit risks for all marketing works
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting

Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor, BUSINESS MANAGEMENT Or Relative IT profession
- Above 5 years Marketing relative experience
- Good teamworkmanagement skills and team training skills
- Marketing theory
- Ego-Enhancement drive
- Flexible for problem solve
