Due to growth and expansion,Colonial Automotive Group, a 16-store dealership group located in theBoston, MA area is seekingsuccessful General Managers to be part of our strategic growth
As General Manager you will be responsible to:
- Oversee every aspect of dealership operations and have a working knowledge of the variable, fixed and accounting
- Develop forecasts for performance in allareas of the dealership
- Work department managers to monitor key performance indicators
- Fairly and equitably resolve disputes
- Work as an integral part of the sales team toachieve benchmarks for margin in the areas of sales and finance
- Manage inventory levels to stay within established company guidelines
- Cultivate a team of high performing variable and fixed operations departments
- Work with corporate management to establish an advertisingstrategy and budget
- Oversee and participate in timely and accurate KPI benchmark reports
- Work with manufacturers executive and sales teams to represent the brand as well as the Colonial Automotive Group
- Assist customers in a professional and accommodating manner
- Adopt all corporate, local, state, and federal guidelines and lender/borrower standards
- Have a working knowledge of and be comfortable learningsoftware programs,DMS, CRM, Office Applications,
- Read, understand, and enforce all guidelines outlined in the Employee Handbook
