Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE
To work and/or lead on projects in a collaborative environment to fulfil the requirements of the project and client.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understanding the project/client requirements.
- Working in BIM software's to fulfil the requirement of the project and client.
- Guiding team members, if needed.
- Attending client meetings as and when required.
- Escalating & Documenting RFI's, emails, Constructability issues (Clashing Information & Clashing Geometry) during and after modelling.
- Review and QA/QC project deliverables.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Architect or Civil Engineer
- 3-6 years of experience in BIM using Revit on projects.
- Understanding of various International BIMs standards and BIM LODs.
- Knowledge of BIM best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
- Bachelors degree required
