Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and qualified AP/AR Manager to join our food manufacturing clients team in Fresno, CA. The company (our client) is a nationally recognized local food manufacturing & agriculture industry leader with over 100 employees, state-of-the-art facilities, and decades of expertise processing healthy, delicious, sustainable organic food products for retailers, consumer brands and food manufacturers around the world! The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or a related field, as well as 7+ years of AP/AR experience, including oversight experience. In addition, the candidate should have 3+ years of management experience. As the AP/AR Manager you will be responsible for coordinating accounting functions and programs, preparing financial analyses and reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. You will also be responsible for maintaining and reconciling balance sheets and general ledger accounts, preparing tax returns, and contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and training junior staff as needed.
