Are you a Clinical Director looking to advance your career?
We are seeking a highly motivated LCSW Clinical Director to oversee and run an OASAS group/clinic. The ideal candidate should be credentialed as a social worker with knowledge of substance abuse.
Expectations for this position involve:
- Provide clinical oversight of counseling services
- Manage staff schedules and caseloads
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Develop policies and procedures for program operations
- Moreover, Run and oversee an OASAS group/clinic
Qualifications:
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Knowledgeable in substance abuse treatment strategies & evidence-based practices
- Experience providing supervision to clinical staff preferred but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once while remaining organized;
