Commercial Director

Commercial Director for large scale exhibitions - up to 95,000 plus commission and overage.

The Commercial Director will be responsible for setting Sales Team targets based on the VP targets, allocation of key accounts, providing direction for finding new business. Management of a team of six.

Ideally, were looking for a highly experienced and influential individual with excellent working relationships within both the energy (particularly oil & gas) and event organisation sectors, with proven event leadership and management experience and business development skills.

Experience of energy is a massive plus but is not a must-have. Insteadmanagement experience is crucial for this role whereby the ideal candidate should possess the acumen to actively engage in sales efforts and lead by example. As such, were seeking an individual who is not confined to a desk but rather a commercial sales specialist capable of leading from the front.

Salary: 90k - 95k pm + Comm (-+70% payable) + Overage (Capped at 100% of annual Salary)

Location: 1 day wfh; 4 days in our clients West London office (next to the tube)
