Required Skillset/Responsibilities:
- High level of organization, project management, self-directed
- High proficiency in MS office products
- Performs daily transactional processing and data management in human resources systems to maintain accurate records
- Troubleshoots and resolves issues ranging from simple to complex questions using knowledge of human resources policies and procedures, systems, and internal processes
- Supports specified areas of the human resources function with daily management of documentation, processes, and tracking
- Escalates high-level inquiries and issues by engaging with and assisting the appropriate human resources team member
- Assists with projects and human resources administration tasks as requested
- Policy management conversion project
- Documents Standard Operating Procedures and workflows
- Maintains confidentiality of information
