You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe need a candidate who has experience with position management, have functioned as a system admin in Workday etc. We are looking for someone who has worked in the system vs just going through the implementation. It would be great if they have system admin experience in some of the modules that we currently have in place. We need the individual to assist with troubleshooting data issues and config issues if possible. This role will also work with our business to work through requests for changes to employee records, creating and reclassifying positions, understanding the flow of the business processes in Workday and how to troubleshoot a problem within the process vs. with our data. They will work on tickets that come into our Workday queue from users in various roles to address user access issues to researching (as an example) why data flowed on integrations in an unexpected way.
The modules we currently have implemented are: Primary support is for HCM and Recruiting but there could be a little of any of the other modules.
