Our journey:
Role
As the Ecommerce Manager you will be responsible for developing implementing and overseeing our ecommerce strategy to drive online sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of proven experience in ecommerce management a deep understanding of the latest industry trends and a track record of successfully increasing online revenue. Additionally this role will involve team management to ensure the successful execution of ecommerce initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Ecommerce Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive ecommerce strategy aligned with business goals. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Platform Management: Oversee the daytoday operations of our seller account on various ecommerce platforms across multiple geographies. This includes reviewing listings and ensuring appropriate marketing strategy for each of our partners is being implemented to drive revenue growth.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a highperforming ecommerce team providing guidance and support. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture to drive successful execution of ecommerce initiatives.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives marketing campaigns and optimization of the online sales funnel. Set and achieve revenue targets analysing performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders including logistics compliance and channel partner team. Collaborate with external stakeholders such as Brands channel partners and other agencies to ensure seamless execution of ecommerce initiatives.
- Hiring and Team Growth: Identify staffing needs and actively participate in the recruitment process. Develop training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of the ecommerce team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of ecommerce management experience.
- Proven track record of driving significant online sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in ecommerce analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Indepth knowledge of ecommerce trends technologies and best practices.
- Strong alignment to Klub s cultural values
- Familiarity with the Amazon Seller Central tool.
- Candidates based out of Ahmedabad will be preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Highly motivated self starter with good ecommerce business acumen
- Knowledge of seller/vendor negotiations pricing and promotions
- Knowledge of selling new/emerging products into new markets
- Exposure to online retail and beauty & personal care consumer brands
- Experience in cross border ecommerce especially US and Middle East.
- Proven ability to work and thrive in a highenergy fast paced ambiguous environment with comfort figuring it out and adapting as you go.
