Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes as required aiding in candidate sourcing screening and selection. Assist in generating employee contracts and ensure compliance with hiring regulations and company policies.
- Manage and optimize employee onboarding procedures to ensure a positive experience for new hires focusing on enhancing the employer brand.
- Act as the custodian of the employee database for the location overseeing data integrity updating information and managing information flow efficiently.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries concerns and escalations ensuring prompt and sensitive resolution while maintaining utmost integrity.
- Identify and address potential bottlenecks or issues that may impact organizational or employee resources demonstrating the ability to turn challenges into opportunities.
- Proactively collaborate on costeffective initiatives to enhance employee retention productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Manage budgets and their effective usage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) institutionalizing them across the organization as needed.
- Own and manage employee engagement activities including organizing events conducting surveys and facilitating learning opportunities at regular intervals.
- Ability to manage employee lifecycle with strong collaboration with decisionmakers across business units and cadres.
- Dedicate 25% of the time to administrative functions such as travel management facilities management IT asset management vendor management and procurement processes ensuring endtoend planning execution and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in people management conflict resolution and/or HR operations with a strong understanding of recruitment processes onboarding procedures and employee engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations ensuring compliance in all activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with tact and confidentiality.
- Strong problemsolving abilities with a proactive mindset towards identifying and addressing challenges.
- Structured thought flows organised and high attention to detail with excellent time management skills.
- Strong digital and data literacy with GSuite and ability to create reports and presentations.
- Quick to adapt/familiarity with working at a 10100 phase of a startup
