**Key Responsibilities:**
Plan and organize highquality events that align with the company's vision and goals.
Identify and develop new opportunities collaborating with partners to create compelling content.
Continuously evaluate and improve product and event offerings to drive business growth.
Drive sales and crossselling opportunities by exploring new partnerships and collaborations.
Foster professional relationships and identify strategic partnership opportunities.
**Strategic Focus:**
Partner with internal experts to develop and integrate new products and courses managing the entire process from creation to delivery.
Manage and grow existing training courses and programs both inperson and virtual.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for innovation.
Maintain a calendar of events and implement effective planning and management systems.
Who we are looking for: - Experience in event management and stakeholder management.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- IT competence preferred but training will be provided.
