We are seeking an enthusiastic Front Desk Coordinator to join the team of International Hotel School and be the face of our Johannesburg Campus. The ideal candidate will be organised have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment.
As the Front Desk Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the reception area greeting and assisting visitors answering phone calls and providing administrative support to various departments.
The best fit for this position would be someone who is excited about being the first point of contact at the campus.
Requirements
Skills & Experience :
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements :
Greeting of clients and visitors
Answering of switchboard screening of calls routing calls as necessary
Help maintain workplace security by issuing access tags parking discs and maintaining visitor logs where necessary
Managing of staff contact lists across all communication channels
Managing inventory of supplies and restock as needed. Receive deliveries sort sign and distribute as necessary
