### Key Result Areas (KRA)
**Franchisee Development**
Appoint franchisees according to the annual expansion target.
Conduct 50 physical contacts with prospective franchisees each week and update the status in the central portal.
Ensure a minimum of 15 interest letters are obtained every month from the allocated territory.
Follow up diligently with prospective franchisees for Zoom calls with the HO Central Network Planning Team.
Negotiate franchisee term sheets and finalize agreements for franchisee outlets as per company terms.
**Process**
Prepare a comprehensive lead sheet for developing prospective franchisees and ensure daily updates.
Perform daily followups on leads and update the status to HO as per the desired frequency.
**Franchisee Relationship & Development**
Provide support consultation analytical insight and assessment to franchise partners to build profitable sales.
Support franchisees to ensure successful store launches and store projects.
Recognize and celebrate franchise partner accomplishments and contributions.
Suggest advantageous locations.
**Crossfunctional Responsibility**
Identify and negotiate property and location.
Provide timely and constructive feedback for performance improvement.
