Desktop Support/Enduser Support/Field Engineer
Long TERM
Location 1: lake success ny Need 50 % of time Travel to : 1 secauses NJ
Location 2 : Chappaqua NY 10514 Need 50 % of time Travel to: middletown ny 1094
Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar field
Prior experience in desktop support or related field
Indepth knowledge of desktop hardware and software systems
Proficient in computer operating systems such as Mac Linux and Windows
Responsibilities:
Provide support for users of computers and software systems.
Provide handson or remote assistance in computer setups upgrades software operation and
maintenance.
Provide general training for relevant applications and hardware
Responds to client inquiries
Provides technical support to users
Troubleshoots hardware and software issues
Provides instructions or directly sets up desktop hardware
Assists with installation of computer software and operating system updates
Records logs of rendered support
