Job Description
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and implement customer relationship strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with customers understanding their needs and preferences.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries complaints and feedback ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Sales and Marketing Support:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute customercentric campaigns and promotions.
Identify opportunities to crosssell and upsell products based on customer preferences and purchasing history.
Assist in the creation of targeted marketing materials and communications.
Customer Insights and Data Analysis:
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions preferences and purchasing patterns.
Analyze customer data to identify trends insights and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction retention rates and other key metrics.
Event Planning and Coordination:
Plan and coordinate customer events including product launches private viewings and exclusive sales.
Ensure a memorable and personalized experience for customers during events.
Training and Development:
Provide training and support to sales staff on best practices for customer relationship management.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service.
