Job Description
sr gati operator Operational Oversight:
Manage and supervise GATI operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Coordinate with team members to optimize routes and schedules.
Monitor the status of shipments and address any delays or issues promptly.
Team Leadership:
Lead train and mentor a team of GATI operators.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with company policies safety regulations and industry standards.
Conduct regular audits to maintain high service quality.
Implement improvements based on audit findings and feedback.
Customer Service:
Serve as the main point of contact for key clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize logistics software to track and analyze operational data.
Prepare detailed reports on performance metrics including delivery times costs and customer feedback.
Identify trends and areas for improvement based on data analysis.
Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate with other departments such as warehousing and inventory management to ensure seamless operations.
Manage logisticsrelated documentation and ensure accuracy.
Cost Management:
Monitor and control operational costs to stay within budget.
Identify costsaving opportunities without compromising service quality.
