The role
As a Junior HR Business Partner at understandAI you will play an important role in identifying and engaging top talent in a creative way improving and contributing to our employer brand and scaling our HR practices and processes as we grow as an organization.
You will be part of an ambitious and quality focused team. Above all you will be responsible for understandAIs most important value its people!
This role is open for fulltime as well as parttime work.
Your tasks
- Support all HR lifecycle processes (from recruitment to operations)
- Drive employee appreciation and recognition initiatives in order to inspire and motivate our workforce with stateoftheart learning&development programs
- Coordinate and execute operational tasks within HR (payroll legal support HRIT)
- Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our HR business and strategy
- Support Talent Acquisition Employer Branding and Office initiatives
- Work in partnership with recruiters coordinators and other team members to build creative strategies around attracting and retaining the best talents in a competitive market
- Be a role model and drive the right culture
