This is a remote position.
Fulltime MonFri 8am5pm Central (9pm 6am Manila Time) including 1 hr unpaid break
Responsibilities:
- Manage fullcycle accounts receivable and collections ensuring timely payments and pursuing overdue accounts.
- Perform intercompany accounting including monthly confirmations with other entities reconciling accounts at period end and resolving issues with intercompany departments.
- Handle accounts payable for separate entities and vendors verifying accuracy and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Conduct account reconciliations.
- Proficiency with Business Central is an absolute Must Have.
Requirements:
- University/College Diploma in Accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Extensive knowledge of Business Central online.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Customer service experience is required.
- Reliable with high attention to detail.
- Quick learner.
