This is a remote position.

Position Title: Business Development Representative
Work Setup: Work From Home
Schedule: 10:00 PM 6:30AM
Salary: Php 35000 Php 40000.00
Signon Bonus: TBC

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Your Responsibilities as a Business Development Representative would be:
Develop sales strategies to draw in potential customers.
Seek new business opportunities sales outreach and navigation.
Analysis and reporting of sales process
Keep updated about the latest business trends.
Assist the sales team with the generation of prospects.
Initiating contact with potential customers through coldcalling or responding to inquiries generated from advertisements.
Arranging inperson meetings emails or phone calls.
Arranging email correspondence and scheduling appointments to potentials leads and clients
Maximizing customer satisfaction
Presenting proposals and negotiating contracts
Generate and follow up on proposals/offers to prospects.
Performing regular followup calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers.
Actively contribute to knowledge sharing on client needs and context.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth event management and coordination

Qualifications as a Business Development Representative:
A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or similar discipline is strongly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years work experience and track record in sales lead generation customer service account management coldcalling appointment setting or similar industry is strongly preferred.
Experience in CRM and flexible in a highpaced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent computer skills including marketing software and applications
Excellent communication and written skills.
Selfmotivated and target oriented
Indepth knowledge of sales performance metrics.
Strong interpersonal networking and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines with business insight.
Adept at different social media platforms and has good research skills.
Proven ability to present and communicate with varied customers and clients.
Excellent listening and customer service skills and phone demeanor.
Proactive coachable and well organized.
