Our client a renowned consulting enterprise is looking for qualified candidates to join their firm:
  • Generate highquality leads interested in the benefits of Salesforce Platform.
  • Pursue major accounts in Retail Life Sciences and FSI sectors across Thailand.
  • Drive new business opportunities with companies utilizing largescale applications such as major retailers and financial institutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly quarterly and annual sales goals set by leadership.
  • Implement effective lead generation prospecting and sales management strategies to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain strong longterm relationships with senior management at targeted companies.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial client contact to deal signing including presentations RFP responses workshops negotiations and client communication. Act as the primary point of contact for all sales activities with prospects and customers.


Requirements

  • Possess a strong understanding of Salesforce solutions and their value proposition.
  • Demonstrate a history of successfully selling consulting and technology solutions across diverse industries including FSI retail life sciences and manufacturing.
  • Consistently exceed client acquisition and sales revenue targets.
  • 8y experience selling IT services within the region preferably with a leading IT services & products firm or software house.
  • Have experience working with offshore teams (bonus for 5y of consulting experience).
  • Demonstrate a track record as a successful people manager with over 5 years of talent management and secondline leadership experience (bonus).
  • Possess a welldeveloped local contact base and access to alumni networks local associations and industry associations within Thailand.
  • Understand customer decisionmaking criteria related to offshore services consulting and enterprise solutions.
  • Maintain a strong focus on managing complex sales cycles typically lasting 69 months.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex negotiations with seniorlevel business and technology executives.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Thai with strong communication skills.
