Our client a well established full service law firm are seeking an experienced family solicitor (25 PQE) to join their esteemed tier 2 department. The ideal candidate must be capable of managing their own caseload independently. This opportunity presents a great opportunity work alongside senior lawyers on more complex cases providing a platform for professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a variety of family law matters including but not limited to divorce financial settlements child arrangements and cohabitation disputes.
- Assist senior lawyers with complex cases gaining exposure to highlevel family law practice.
- Engage in business development activities to grow the client base including networking attending events and fostering relationships with potential clients and referrers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring the highest level of client care and service.
- Collaborate with colleagues within the Family Team and other departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with 25 years PQE in family law.
- Demonstrable experience in managing a variety of family law cases.
- Strong advocacy negotiation and communication skills.
- A proactive approach to business development with a passion for building professional relationships.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service.

- Local candidates based in or near Maidenhead Newbury or Swindon.
- Proven track record in successful business development initiatives.
- Experience in handling highnetworth client matters would be advantageous.
