Job Description

This role exists to assist and support the sales team across all businessrelated matters. This role majorly leading and supports Thailand business. The key result indicators for this role are completion of tasks by deadline with high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To develop a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the companys goals and objectives for the region.
  • Identify establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders including clients distributors suppliers and industry associations.
  • Collaborate with existing partners to expand the scope of cooperation and drive mutual business growth.
  • Generate leads through various channels including networking events referrals online platforms and targeted outreach.
  • Qualify and pursue potential clients presenting solutions that address their specific needs and challenges.
  • Manage the endtoend sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with clients ensuring their satisfaction with the companys products or services.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing their inquiries concerns and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Set ambitious revenue targets for the assigned markets and work diligently to meet or exceed them.
  • Monitor sales performance analyze trends and make datadriven adjustments to the business development strategy as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing product development and operations teams to ensure a unified approach in delivering value to clients.
  • Provide feedback and insights from the market to help refine products and services to better meet customer demands.
  • Prepare regular reports detailing business development activities sales performance and market trends.
  • Use analytical tools and data to track progress against KPIs and identify areas for improvement.

Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in business Marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • At least 5 years in business development sales or related roles within Thailand markets.
  • Strong network of contacts and an indepth understanding of the local business landscape.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and a dynamic business environment.
  • Proficiency in both English and Thai is mandatory while knowledge of other regional languages is viewed as beneficial.
  • To be based in Thailand
  • Applicants must have legal authorization to work in Thailand
