Job Summary:
The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in the implementation of marketing strategies. This role involves assisting with campaign development performing administrative tasks conducting market research and preparing promotional materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and target customers' preferences.
- Prepare and distribute promotional materials including brochures newsletters and digital content.
- Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the design team to create marketing collateral.
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks.
- Assist in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
- Track competitor activity by keeping abreast of market changes and trends.
- Prepare marketing reports and presentations.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
