Job Description

Position: Head of CRM

Location: Andheri East

Company: A Reputed Jewellery Brand

Role Overview:

As the Head of CRM you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the customer experience throughout the postsales process. This role requires direct interaction with clients addressing their needs resolving issues and ensuring a seamless and positive experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement CRM Strategies: Align strategies with company objectives to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Improve Customer Experience: Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Manage CRM Systems: Oversee the implementation and management of CRM systems to ensure effective customer data capture analysis and utilization.
  • Optimize CRM Performance: Continuously monitor and optimize CRM system performance and functionality.
  • Lead and Mentor CRM Team: Foster a culture of collaboration innovation and excellence within the CRM team.
  • Set Goals and Monitor Progress: Establish clear goals and performance metrics for the team monitor progress and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Communicate CRM Initiatives: Report CRM initiatives progress and results to senior management and key stakeholders.

Preferred Experience and Skills:

  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the jewellery industry.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and statistical aptitude.
