Patient Volume:
Fac. 1 & 3: 1520 per day
Fac. 2: 18 per day
Physician in Practice: 2 FT
Support Staff: 3 MAs Medical and Administrative
No. of Exam Rooms:
Fac. 1: 9 (3 per provider)
Fac. 2: 15 (3 per provider)
Lab Onsite
EMR: Paper charting
move towards EPIC
Other Info:
Open to H1B visa candidates
Accepting new graduate candidates

Requirements:
Active PA License (or willing to obtain)
BC/BE in IM or FM
DEA (or able to obtain)
Must have experience working with pediatricsgeriatrics
