The Team Lead of Operations will oversee the entire operational process including procurement stock management and the supervision of support and technician teams. This role requires a handson approach to managing daily operations ensuring that all systems and processes run efficiently and effectively to meet the companys strategic goals.
Procurement:
Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and costeffective acquisition of necessary resources.
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Negotiate suppliers contracts pricing and terms to secure the best deals.
Stock Management:
Oversee inventory management including stock levels storage and distribution.
Implement and maintain inventory control systems and processes to ensure accurate and efficient stock management.
Support Team Management:
Lead and manage the support team to ensure highquality customer service and support.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the support team.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
Technician Team Management:
Supervise the technician team to ensure IoT systems proper installation maintenance and repair.
Monitor expenses and implement costsaving measures where applicable.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the technician team.
Ensure the team adheres to safety protocols and industry standards.
Operational Efficiency:
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve company objectives.
Problem Solving:
Identify operational issues and develop solutions to address them promptly.
Ensure timely resolution of customer and internal operational issues.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations standards and safety protocols.
