As a General Administrator you will oversee the management of an office building including promoting and leasing office spaces maintaining the building and managing a team responsible for cleaning maintenance and access control. You will also handle the accounting records for the real estate business. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Space Leasing (60%):
- Contact brokers to promote available office spaces.
- Advertise the spaces on various platforms.
- Manage and finalize lease renewals and new contracts.
- Ensure the building is in optimal condition for clients.
- Conduct administrative tasks related to the building (contract closures market studies negotiations).
- Update and process documents with government agencies.
- Coordinate the renewal of the Internal Civil Protection Program.
- Maintain accounting records and optimize resources for the real estate business.
Cost Management (15%):
- Optimize maintenance and administrative costs.
Team Development (15%):
- Enhance team skills through training.
- Implement retention plans to minimize staff turnover particularly in Access Control.
- Supervise and guide the team in handling access maintenance and cleaning tasks.
Security (10%):
- Develop implement and continuously update security plans for the building.

- Proficiency in accounting software (CONTPAQi) and Microsoft Office Suite.
