Job Summary:

The EntryLevel Marketing Assistant will assist the marketing team in implementing various marketing strategies and campaigns. This role involves a mix of administrative support content creation and project management. The ideal candidate is detailoriented enthusiastic and eager to learn about different aspects of marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
  • Create edit and publish content for social media blogs email newsletters and other marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for marketing materials and promotional items.
  • Support the development of marketing collateral including brochures flyers and presentations.
  • Assist in organizing and attending trade shows conferences and other events.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings maintaining marketing calendars and processing invoices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Instagram).
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
