IT Manager

Position: IT Manager.

Salary: Negotiable (THB.)

Employment Status: Permanent.

Location : Sukhumvit Banchang Rayong.

Job description:

• IT Strategy Alignment: Developing and implementing IT strategies that support the overall business objectives of the oil and gas company considering factors like exploration production refining and distribution.
• Infrastructure Management: Ensuring the reliability security and efficiency of IT infrastructure including networks servers data centers and communication systems.
• Technology Implementation: Introducing and managing new technologies to improve operational efficiency such as digital oilfields remote operations and data analytics.
• Cybersecurity: Protecting the companys sensitive data and systems from cyber threats including implementing robust security measures and compliance with industry regulations.
• Team Management: Leading and developing an IT team to deliver IT services and support to the organization.
• Budget Management: Managing the IT budget efficiently and allocating resources effectively.
• Vendor Management: Building and maintaining relationships with IT vendors and service providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or Computer Engineer.
• 10 years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in IT Manager.
• Proven track record in leading and managing IT teams in a distributed environment.
• Indepth knowledge of IT infrastructure including onpremise and cloudbased solutions.
• Expertise in cybersecurity risk management and compliance regulations (e.g. PDPA).
• Experience from Programmable Macro Language (PML/PML2) or other programming languages such as C# or similar
• Knowledge of CAD software: Aveva PDMS/E3D Tekla Structures Navisworks Auto Cad.
• Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools.
• Strong project management skills including Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluency in English and Thai.
