Job Description

Title: Sr Salesforce Developer(Product & Solution)

Location: Roseland NJ

Duration: 6Months ContractPerm

Ony locals with 14 Years(InPerson Interview)



Technical:


Service Cloud Product Management and Solution Design Experience


Specifically case page and call and chat integration across large scale implementation
Migrations from Siebel systems
Genesys Cloud experience is a plus


Experience Cloud Product Management and Solution Design Experience
Comfort with CRMA Tableau and Analytics


Soft Skills:


Can manage a relationship based environment with many competing priorities
Can cut through noise to get to the root of asks and drivers
Ability to balance driving work forward while handling executive pressure




WHAT YOULL DO:

Heres what you can expect on a typical day:

1. Scrums. Youll start each day working with teams to understand responsibilities identify any issues and communicate priorities. You are a key member of the team helping bridge the technical requirements between product management and development.

2. Feature Design. Youll lead feature design to bring the art of the possible to life. Youre always learning and researching new industry trends to make our products better. Youll incorporate what makes sense for on our clients the market ADPs goals into your features.

3. Relationships. Youll create strong alliances with diverse stakeholders and ensure everyone is in this together and communicates most appropriately. Youll collaborate across multiple teams with developers product managers other solution architects and UX teams to name some to continually drive innovation and make the product the best it can be.

4. Measurement. You will measure monitor and report product metrics product outcomes and business outcomes.

5. Variety of work. There is no typical day. You could be working on feature design new features product enhancements or business improvements. Best part Youll get to see those ideas come to life.

6. Presentations. Youll speak to internal and external stakeholders to communicate and defend ideas while answering critical questions.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

12. 8 years of Product Management and Technical Solution Design Experience.

13. To thrive in this role you have experience deploying and maintaining cloudbased Salesforce CRM solutions both Service Cloud & Experience Cloud with handson involvement in the technical design of the capabilities to deliver products to market in an Agile environment.

14. The ideal candidate is versed in Salesforce product strategy development design and rollout with a penchant for user experience.

15. Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics and Tableau to fully integrate the client and associate experience and drive data driven designs and outcomes

16. You are skilled at breaking down complex subject matters for nontechnical audiences clearly explaining ideas creating compelling arguments and delivering visual and verbal information for maximum impact.

17. You focus on data driven decision making are empathetic to client needs can bridge the gap between business needs and technical possibilities and can drive to closure in an environment where there are many competing priorities.

18. You can think both large and small building capabilities that can be used across the entire organization as well as designing for the uniqueness of each individual associate.

19. Experience with delivering A.I.powered solutions for customer service and/or sales at an enterprise scale is a plus

20. Experience in Human Capital Management is a plus.
