Job Description

Customer Service Representative

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of customer service experience or experience as a customer service representative.
  • High school certificate or equivalent.
  • 100% written / 100% spoken English.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer oriented and adaptable.

Job Description:

A Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison provide product information answer questions and resolve any emerging issues our customer accounts may face with accuracy and efficiency.

Reports to: Customer Service Leader

Duties:

  • Listen to customer concerns problems and questions.
  • Attract customers by positively promoting the product and company answering questions and addressing concerns as they arise.
  • Recommend potential products to meet customer needs.
  • Prepare product and customer reports by compiling data gathered during customer interactions.
  • Assisting customers with their warranty replacement or return claim needs and informing them.
  • Order processing.
  • Quoting orders.

Hours: Face to face Monday Friday 7:00 am 5:00 pm.

The plant is located on the San Felipe highway behind the El Dorado Industrial Park.
