About the Role:
The Sales Development Representatives are tasked with identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound calling activities. The right candidate will be one who works well under pressure thinks out of the box easily initiates relaxed but informative twoway phone conversations with prospects and is highly selfmotivated. The right candidate will also understand how to assess a company s needs and cater the outreach to each prospect specifically.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify potential B2B clients in the Australian market and build a robust database of leads.
- Initiate outbound communication through various channels including cold calls emails and social media to generate interest in our products and services.
- Conduct thorough research to qualify leads and understand their needs and pain points.
- Schedule meetings and demos with qualified leads to drive the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records in our CRM system (HubSpot Salesforce or equivalent).
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align efforts and ensure a seamless transition of leads to the Sales team.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and conversion.
Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales development preferably in the Australian market.
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation and business development.
- A strong understanding of the Australian market and industry trends.
- Experience in Disposable Packaging Restaurant or Food industry is highly preferred.
- Handson experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot Salesforce or similar tools.
- Exceptional communication skills both oral and written coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence Demonstrated success in prospecting
- A strong ability to generate your own leads demonstrating selfmotivation and initiative.
- Extremely selfmotivated with a diligent work ethic
- High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
