Job Title: Customer Relations Assistant

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Customer Relations Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for customer service excellent communication skills and an interest in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients addressing inquiries and providing updates on project progress.
  • Manage client communications via phone email and inperson meetings ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate client records and project details in our CRM system.
  • Assist in coordinating client meetings site visits and project milestones.
  • Gather and relay client feedback to project managers and teams to help improve service delivery.
  • Resolve client issues and concerns promptly escalating complex matters to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to the project management team including preparing reports and documentation.
  • Follow up with clients postproject to ensure their satisfaction and address any lingering concerns.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Communications or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service preferably within the construction or related industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A customerfocused attitude with a commitment to delivering highquality service.
