Job Description

Overview:

The Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in building and maintaining profitable relationships with clients. They are responsible for understanding client needs offering tailored solutions and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This position is integral to the organizations success as it directly impacts revenue growth and client retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
  • Identify and approach potential clients to expand the customer base
  • Understand client needs and offer suitable products/services
  • Develop customized strategies to meet clients financial objectives
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients needs are met efficiently
  • Monitor client accounts and provide aftersales support
  • Keep updated on market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare regular reports on account status and sales forecasts
  • Participate in networking events to enhance the companys presence
  • Handle customer complaints and find timely resolutions
  • Stay informed about the products/services offered by the organization
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the teams overall success

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or a related field
  • Prior experience in sales customer service or relationship management
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain profitable relationships
  • Sound understanding of financial products and services
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Professional certification in sales or relationship management is a plus
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
  • Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to integrity
