Job Title: Customer Support Representative LATAM
Location:
Remote (CST Time Zones)
Salary Range:
up to 1200 USD

Work Schedule: Monday Friday / 08:00 AM to 05:30 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

The Customer Support Representative will handle customer support tickets efficiently and professionally ensuring quick resolution of customer issues. This role involves managing customer interactions using RichPanel and Shopify providing product information troubleshooting issues and processing returns exchanges and refunds. The representative will communicate clearly and effectively with customers via email chat and phone maintaining a friendly and helpful tone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handle customer support tickets.
  • Utilize RichPanel and Shopify to manage customer interactions.
  • Provide product information troubleshoot issues and handle returns exchanges and refunds.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers via email chat and phone.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English both written and spoken.
  • Experience with RichPanel and Shopify is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on clarity and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
