Job Description

As a Junior German Speaking Sales Representative you will be an essential member of our dynamic sales team helping us connect with customers and expand our market reach. Whether you have some sales experience or are just starting out this role offers a fantastic hybrid work model blending office and remote work. Youll spend two days each week at our modern office in Barcelona and the remaining three days working from the comfort of your home!

What Youll Do:

  • Client Outreach: Proactively engage with potential clients build strong relationships by understanding their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations: Confidently present and promote our products and services to prospective customers highlighting their unique features and benefits to generate interest and drive sales.
  • Lead Management & Negotiation: Efficiently manage your sales pipeline diligently follow up on leads and negotiate contracts to successfully close deals.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities identifying new sales opportunities and providing strategic insights to the team.
  • Customer Support: Deliver outstanding postsale support to ensure customer satisfaction address any issues promptly and foster longterm relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies share valuable insights and contribute to a cohesive team environment.

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluent in German: Native or nearnative proficiency in German is essential.
  • Proficient in English: B2 level English proficiency for effective communication with international colleagues and customers.
  • Sales Enthusiasm: A passion for sales and a drive to achieve and exceed targets and goals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage and persuade customers.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and quickly learn about our products and services.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales customer service or a related field is a plus but not required.
