Job Description

Job Summary: The Marketing Recruiter is responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top talent for marketing roles within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing disciplines including digital marketing content creation brand management and market research. The Marketing Recruiter works closely with hiring managers and the marketing leadership team to develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with the organizations marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. EndtoEnd Recruitment:

    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for marketing positions including job postings candidate sourcing interviewing and onboarding.
    • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates for roles such as digital marketers content creators brand managers and market researchers.
    • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications experience and cultural fit.
  2. Collaboration with Hiring Managers:

    • Partner with marketing hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each role including technical skills and creative capabilities.
    • Provide guidance on best practices for interviewing and candidate selection within the marketing field.
    • Regularly update hiring managers on the progress of open positions and provide insights on the candidate market.
  3. Candidate Experience:

    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
    • Provide candidates with detailed information about the company its marketing strategies and the specific role they are applying for.
    • Manage the offer process including salary negotiation and finalize employment contracts.
  4. Market Research and Insights:

    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends salary benchmarks and the availability of marketing talent.
    • Provide datadriven insights to hiring managers and HR leadership to help inform recruitment strategies and decisions.
    • Stay updated on the latest recruitment tools technologies and best practices specific to marketing recruitment.
  5. Employer Branding:

    • Collaborate with the HR and marketing teams to promote the companys employer brand within the marketing community.
    • Represent the company at industry events job fairs and networking functions to attract top marketing talent.
    • Create and share content that highlights the companys culture values and career opportunities in marketing on various platforms.
  6. Data and Reporting:

    • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as timetofill costperhire and quality of hire to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
    • Prepare reports and presentations on marketing recruitment activities candidate pipelines and hiring outcomes for HR leadership and business stakeholders.
    • Use datadriven insights to continuously improve recruitment practices and make informed decisions.
  7. Compliance and Record Keeping:

    • Ensure compliance with all federal state and local employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
    • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Assist in preparing compliance reports such as EEO1 and other regulatory filings as required.
  8. Continuous Improvement:

    • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the recruitment process leveraging feedback from hiring managers and candidates.
    • Participate in professional development and training to enhance recruitment skills and knowledge specific to the marketing industry.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of new recruitment strategies and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Marketing Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 35 years of experience in recruitment with a focus on marketing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing disciplines including digital marketing content creation brand management and market research.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for marketing positions.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
