Data Entry Administrator

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Full time 9am to 6pm AEST Melbourne MF (7:00am 4:00pm Manila Time) with 1hour unpaid lunch break

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Input data accurately into the accounting software
  

• Identify and correct errors in your data entry transactions
  

• Ensure the integrity and security of the data entered
  

• Ensure the data accuracy and completeness
  

• Assist with other administrative tasks requested by the Accounts Payable Officer
  

Required Skills:

• Experience in data entry or similar role
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite excel and Word
  

• Basic knowledge of accounting software
  

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  

• Excellent organisation and time management skills
  

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  

Requirements

• Intermediate excel skills
  

• 12 years experience in a data entry role
  

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise your workload
  

• Ability to work independently and provide support to the Accounts Payable Officer
  

• Reliable and self motivated
