Job Title: Risk Assessment Manager

Job Overview:
The Risk Assessment Manager will oversee the identification evaluation and mitigation of risks within the organization. This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure risk management strategies are in place to protect company assets reputation and operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and extensive knowledge of risk management processes.

• Develop and implement risk assessment policies and procedures.
• Identify potential risks (financial operational reputational etc.) and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with senior management to report on risk factors and suggest improvements.
• Maintain risk management systems and ensure all riskrelated documentation is up to date.
• Train staff on risk awareness and management techniques.
• Monitor and evaluate risk trends to adapt strategies as necessary.
• Lead crisis management initiatives and develop contingency plans.

• Bachelors degree in Risk Management Finance Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 57 years of experience in risk management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of risk assessment and management practices.
• Experience with risk management software and tools.
• Excellent communication problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Certification in risk management (e.g. Certified Risk Manager Certified Risk and Compliance Professional) is preferred.
